Isaiah 40:17-19

¹⁷ All the nations are as naught in his sight;
    he reckons them as nothing and void.
¹⁸ To whom then will you compare God?
    To what image can you liken him?
¹⁹ Perhaps an idol that a craftsman casts
    and a goldsmith overlays with gold
    and for which he fashions silver chains?
